Our Oyster Carts are hand crafted and inspired by the good ol’ days when oyster carts were common fixtures on bustling city street corners. Before we resided at Sparkman Wharf, this is how we began our business; shucking our oysters for lively crowds right off our iced down carts. We’re continuing this tradition by offering our oyster carts for private booking. Expect a happy crowd.
THE EXPERIENCE
An oyster, much like wine is a representation of the environment in which its grown, and the care that was taken to grow it. We’re excited to share our hard work with you, bringing you and your guests a Tide to Table experience shucking our fresh, local Boat Run oysters cart side, wherever the party may be.
